1999 Ford Focus Rear Windscreen Heater

My rear windscreen heater does not work. When I press he button it makes a clicking noise and the light comes on for a split second but goes straight off. I have checked fuses and all seems ok. Any ideas??? Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Cheers, Steve

first check the module on/behind the dash .. then check the relay ..
