Noises problem

Hello
When my car has been parked for a long time and i go into reverse to manouver i hear a high pitch whistling noise coming from my car. It sounds like it is coming form the right side but im not sure.
It only happens when i reverse. I never hear the noise when im braking or when I am driving normally. Its only after i have started my car and carry out a manouver. It doesnt make the noise if i manouver after i have been driving around.
May car is only 11 months old could you tell me what the problem could be as i am putting it into a garage next week and do not want to be ripped off!
