Interior problem
2007 Ford Fiesta 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual "0,000 miles

My Fiesta is the first car I have bought new but now the warranty is up I have decided to learn myself maintenence, 1st problem is its a 2 door model and the front seat passenger side will not fould down allowing access to the rear seats, How do I fix it any help willbe greatly apprieciated.
