Hello,
I assume that you had replaced the right front outer constant velocity joint(CV joint) which is fitted with a reluctor ring . Was this ring pre-fitted to the new CV joint or did you have to install it yourself? Please see pictures below.
If the ABS issue was not present before the repair I would suggest to inspect that the ABS sensor tip is not damaged. Remove the sensor from its location and inspect the tip for any abrasions. Please see illustration below of ABS sensor fitted in relation to the reluctor ring. A damaged sensor would indicate that the sensor was either fitted too deep in its mounting(if possible) or that the reluctor ring is incorrect. Also inspect that the reluctor ring is fitted securely to the CV joint, using a screwdriver or similar try to rotate the ring on the CV joint, it must not move! Ensure that the sensor is fitted flush with the wheel hub and that the securing bolt is fitted . I would suggest to also inspect the wiring from the ABS sensor , ensure that it has not been damaged by the tire.
Please see below a guide how to replace a wheel speed sensor and also how to test it.
