2006 Ford Fiesta Manual 55000 miles

Hi,

Lately I have been finding it hard to get into reverse, once i get it in it makes a crunch. This has been happening for a couple of weeks but for the past few days all the gears are stiff during driving, its stiff going through all the gears? could this be a clutch or gear problem??
