i have a ford fiesta zetec and i have been told that the fuel injection system needs replacing. This does not seem a lot of miles for this problem? I have just had to have the cam shaft and cam belt replaced at enormous expense and i have managed to get Ford to agree to pay half. Should they be responsible for half of the fuel injection problem too or is this a reasonable mileage for it to happen? I have to pump fuel through the engine by hand at the moment to get it to start and it is now in the garage awaiting a price for repair. thankyou, Lesley Davies

If the vehicle is out of warrenty .. the manufacturer is not liable for any repairs .. parts can break at any time .. some parts of the fuel injection system would not be covered under the original warrenty
