2005 Ford Fiesta

Hi my car is a 3door Fiesta and is due for MOT soon. the problem I have is that the drivers seat will not fold foward to lt passegers in the back out, the passenger seat still does though. Would this fail inb the MOT? Many thanks

yes it will fail the MOT .. you need to repair or replace the seat
