2001 Ford Fiesta rear drum removal and bearing nut torque

how do i remove the rear brake drum when the shoes are sitting behind a ridge worn into the drum?
Also, after replacing the shoes what is the rear wheel bearing tightening torque.

fully release handbrake adjustment .. tap all around drum with hammer .. use 2 big screwdrivers to pry off drum .. you local autoparts store will be able to supply a repair manual with torque specs and repair information
