Hi there,

When you get oil in the water after a head problem you always find it so hard to clean all the oil from the system, diesels are worse for this, i would get a good quality coolant flush, have the radiator professionally cleaned, swab the hoses where possible, and flush the cooling system with a cleaner, ask your spare parts outlet what they stock for this job, start here.
