2000 Ford Fiesta Manual 45451 miles

my car has started juddering when idle, the revs are normal it doesnt sound bad, the temperture gauge is normal and there are no warning lights coming on

can you help?

check spark plugs and leads and coil .. add a good fuel cleaner to the tank to clean the lines and injectors !
