2000 Ford Fiesta 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

Hello

As I turn the engine ( very first turn engine on) I noticed my lights brihgten up. As I drive the car it is not so obvious but still when I rev the engine it is visible. Please if you can give me few ideas ...what could be a reason.

check the alternator is working correctly
