Shakes or Wobbles problem
1997 Ford Fiesta Manual 93000 miles

Hi My car has recently been in the garage as the tappets had worked loose again and one of the cylinders was mis firing as a result. There was also very little oil in the engine. The garage has tightened the tappets, sorting the cylinder and filled with oil.
It seemed ok at first but still seems a bit juddery when the engine is idling although not as bad as before it went to the garage. Is this normal or should I take it back to the garage again, and if so what should I expect the likely cause of the continued shuddering be? Any advice gratefully received! :)
