1992 Ford Fiesta cylinder head

I have a 1992 mk3 fiesta 1.6 rs turbo which has just had the cylinder head skimmed and a full new gasket kit replaced. the problem is its still doing the same as before. its pressurising the water and not flowing properly therefor running really hot when i switch it off it bubbles away and is left with little or no water in the expansion tank i have bled it time and time again and it satill persists! pls help!!!!!!!

Have you tested the cap?

yes i replaced the cap with a new one from ford anyway i also had the head pressure tested and vacuum tested when it was away being machined.
