1999 Ford Festiva dirty fuel

1999 Ford Festiva Manual

Hi there
I copped a dirty load of fuel almost a month ago. Have had the fuel tank drained, lines cleaned, filter replaced (4 times) and yet, when I replenish the fuel, it still runs like its full of dirt.
Please help

Could be the injectors clogging up-run an injection cleaner thru and see what happens. all that nasty stuffs will get to the injectors
