1992 Ford Festiva Horn doesn't work

I wanted to check the connections to the horn but cannot find it under the hood. Can someone tell me where to look?

Your horn will be located below the passenger side headlamp mounting bracket. It has a green/red wire running to it. If the wiring is good than check the horn relay (behind left side of the instrument panel) and also fuse labeled STOP (15 amp). If all of this is good than either the horn switch on steering wheel is bad or the horn itself is bad.
