1992 Ford Festiva car won't stay running

i spray starting fluid in it and it will run and i have checked everything from the new fuel pump to the mass flow sensor to the injectors but still car will not stay running on it's own. is ther something i am missing. i have had the engine rebuilt already. or would the distributor have something to do with the fuel?

but still car will not stay running on it's own

If it won't idle by itself-inspect/clean/test the idle air control valve and EGR valve and test the TPS and MAF sensors-
