What would burn up if when replacing a battery i put the cables on backward? would it burn up the distrubitor?

Hello,

In most cases it will blow out some of you fuses and possibly relays. In other cases it can burn up your computer, alternator, starter and some other components.

Can you give a description of what is going on with your vehicle.
