1989 Ford Festiva carburetor problem

The car starts fine, but when you push on the accelerator, it sputters and dies. I had the carb rebuilt and it started doing this.
Please help. I love my little beast and drive it everywhere when it is running.
( I have 8 other venicles and this is my choice.)

Check the accelerator pump if its squirting fuel pull the throttle back look down the throat as you pull-you see fuel squirting. If not then its not rebuld properly. Also check the fuel pressure.
