My timing belt was just replaced and it makes a rubbery squeaking noise, like tennis shoes on a polished floor, not a squealing noise. The belt has teeth that go into grooves on the pulley, the tensioner is working well and everything seems aligned, any suggestions?

Are you sure that it is the timeing belt and not the drive belt? Remove the drive belt a run the engine and see if it still makes the noise.
