I had a handbrake service done last month as my car was making a scraping/hissing noise when the car was crawling & then would get faster as the car gains speed. They cleaned & lubed the handbrake shoes & backing plate surfaces. Then reassembled the discs & callipers & adjusted shoes and cables. It was good for a couple of weeks then slowly the same noise came back. I took it back to the same garage & they looked at it for free. Realligned the shoes and callipers as they were possibly rubbing. Also retightened the handbrake cable. Its now a week & a bit since then and the same problem has slowly surfaced again.

Any ideas?
