2000 Ford Falcon Car will not turn over

My car will not turn over. I have attempted to jump start the battery with no luck. The battery does seem to be working as lights/windows/audio still work in the vehicle

HI there,

you will need to check that there is power to the starter solinoid, if so the starter is faulty, if not transmission isolator or faulty ignition switch may be your problem, do this test with the key on crank.
