how hard is it to fix noisy lifters and replace them

Hi there,

Replacing the lash adjuster requires the removal of the rocker gear, this may cause the cam to move causing the automatic timing chain adjuster to tighten up a little, so what you need to do is get the timing chain tool so you can re set the tensioner (you need to remove the power steering pump to access this), best get a manual and read up on this to make sure that you have all the tooling & expertise to carry out this job, its not hard, just a bit finicky.
