Wet weather Ford

I have 1980 ford fairmont 3.3l engine doesn`t want run in wet or damp weather when it`s cold runs fine after warmup i`ve changed everything wires, dist. Cap, plugs, module, i`m wondering if could be the dist. Pickup asembly that`s about the only thing that isn`t new HELP

Try putting some vasline around the bottom of the distrubtor cap, worked for me and spray the spark plug wires with wire dry.

Inside dist caap cracked, you will se a white line if cracked.
Also run car in the dark to see if there are any signs of arcing around the wires and plugs
