1998 Ford Fairmont steering wheel vibrates

I have a Ford Falcon Forte 1998 model. When it is parked or just after starting the engine it shows an RPM of 600 most of the time.
When stopped at signal steering wheel and part of the driver door vibrates.
If am driving above 110 kmph then steering wheel vibrates.
I haven't balanced wheel since purchased.

This is a very catchy one-sounds more like a loose mount check engine /transmission-could probably use tire balancing-
