1982 Ford Fairmont 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

hello my name is matt an i am trying to fix my fard fairmont an i am having ALOT of problems with the ele.i am right now trying to locate the fuse links...i am not sure if that is what the problem is but i am going to try..i have been waiting for a bellhousing for over 2 years got it an now having problems..when i try to start her it just does not please get back to me thank you

if your car won't start and you are getting power to the starter, like hearing a click or clunk, take a hammer an dsmack the starter on the side and then see if it will turn over. If it does then you'll need a new or rebuilt starter. the starter relay is on the front fender by the battery. Make sure you battery is fully charged. If you have fusible llinks then they will be on the same relay/solenoid that the battery connects to. You can id them by having smaller wires leading to larger ones..
