Speedometer does not work?

Vehicle speed sensor and it is on the end of the trans before the driveshaft.

My truck doesn't have a vss my model doesn't have it, I looked on the Trans. There is only one on top of the rearend and I replaced that one. Could it be the instrument cluster or the psom programming connector?

Wish I did but not much experience with that. Even a tech that I know that is a ford tech said he never had an issue with it.

Our bet is on the cluster being the failure.
