Front End Wobble

I have noticed for the last 18 months or so, I get significant wobble when I slow down to a stop.. It is especially bad (or worse), when I need to slow down fast from higher speeds.. Is this the Idler Arms, front end suspension, or could this be disc brake related?

the rotors are out round may be able to be machined
