2002 Ford F350 front brakes are seizing

front brakes are seizing both sides at same time.

when you go down the road the front brakes slowly start to seize up. pedal becomes rock hard, its like you got one foot on the brake one on the gas, and the front brakes start smoking. after you park truck a while brake pedal becomes norm ......this all happens when you start to drive 2 miles.

p s this is a 7.3 diesel
