2002 Ford F350 Door ajar

I HAVE BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY F350 AND DOOR SWITCHES. I HAVE SPRAYED THEM WITH WD-40 MANY TIMES AND THAT HASENT SOLVED THE PROBLEM. HOW DO I DIAGNOSE WHICH DOOR IT MAY BE? COULD IT BE SOMETHING OTHER THAN A DOOR SWITCH? I HAVE TAKEN THE DOOR PANELS OFF BUT I COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE SENSOR TO RELEASE OUT OT IT SOCKET. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP.

Most likely its the driver door
but you can scan the body control module data that will show witch switch is staying open

Do I need to take it to the dealer to have the body control module scan performed?

I dont think so
any shop with a good scanner can do it for you
someshops do it for free and others may charge you $30-$40
