2000 Ford F350 antifreeze in Oil

2000 Ford F350 V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual

I have a 7.3l deisel with antifreeze in the oil and visa-versa. Any common problems with these engines that cause this symptom before I start tearing it apart?

It sounds like a headgasket.
