My high beams will not work. I changed the bulbs and checked the fuse no luck.

welcome to the forum. Does the high-beam indicator on the dash work? Did you use a testlite on the high-beam fuse circuit? fuse 16-- 15 amp, junction box. Fuse circuit goes hot when you turn on high-beam.

High beam indicator comes on and I have power at the fuse.

Did you check the voltage circuit at the lamp, high-beam, lite green wire with black tracer? If no voltage, find splice s113 and check for voltage there.
