took truck in for oil change, and replace a leaking fuel line... truck was running great except for fuel leak which i knew needed fixed. went to pick up truck, would barely start, idled rough, no power, black smoke pouring out of exhaust even at 15 mph.....am trying to figure out how this could happen when the repair man drove it 50 ft. they are trying to figure out , starting at pcm

Sounds like its running rich-could be a clogegd fuel return line-recheck fuel lines and check fuel pressure

its a diesel, does that matter

Opps! its a diesel -Could be air in the system, restricted fuel lines also check injector/s and injection pump
