1998 Ford F350 NO HEAT

on my 1998 ford van I have no heat, I have cold air
but no heat at all. please give me an idea. where might be the problem, I bought a control heater valve but this van dont have one. Thank you

Hi there,

With the engine at normal operating temp, check the heater hoses with the tap on high. If both are not hot to touch you either have a blocked heater core or a faulty heater tap. Check these first.
