1994 Ford F350 No electrical at all

Truck started and ran for 1 minutes and completely shut down. No lights, no dome lights. Battery reads 12.7 volts, terminals cleans and tight. Recent rebult starter put in 4 months ago.

Please advise what you thank might be wrong with my truck.

Check the fusible links at the starter solinoid, near the battery! Follow the short pos(+) cable to the solinoid, the small wires under the cable are the links.
