1994 F-350 voltage "leak"

I have a ''new-to-me" 1994 F-350 4x4 with a gasoline 460. If I drive it every day, or every few days, no problem. But if I let it sit idle for 3 days or more, the battery's dead. I had the battery checked, and it's good. I found some "creative" taillight wiring that I thought was the culprit, removed it, but still the same.
It seems to me that when I had a '62 Ford F-250, I had a similar problem, and we traced it to taillight/headlight grounds.
Anyone have any history, suggestions or knowledge?
Thanks in advance!

I suggest check your lights, even the little light under the hood. It seems silly but it can drain your battery. Also make sure your battery is clean, as minerals in the dirt/deposits may also allow the battery to drain. I don't believe it will be the grounds. But could be. I would say check your lights. 95% of the time it will be a light, that will not turn off.
