1990 Ford F350 Timing Question

Hello
My 1990 F 350 turns but is not starting. I spray quick start and once it burns out it's back to turning but not starting. Is this a timing problem or something else? I drove it this morning where it ran really rough. I got home and it would not start again once I tried. How do I fix this problem?

no the timeing is prob not the prob. this is a fuel system prob. make sure the pumps are working one on the frame and one in the tank
