1989 Ford F350 Will not start

1989 Ford F350 V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have a 89 f350 that will start then die like it is running out of fuel/. I replced the fuel pump, filter, cap and rotor this morning and still is doing it/. I pushed the valve on the fuel bar and there is fuel in it.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs-if okay check the idle air control valve/mtr/ ISC
