1989 Ford F350 truck won't run

truck will idle but can't accelerate, it starts pinging or knocking then truck come to a stop and stales , it starts up right away, It also sounds like it's flooding it self . I ve changed map sensor, ignition module, fuel pump relay , fuel pump relay socket, cap and rotor ,plug and wires and fuel filter ,still won't run driving me nuts

Try checking the fuel pressure and ignition timing to include the throttle position sensor.
