1988 Ford F350 Oil leak

I have oil leaking from the housing where the oil filter screws on...the seal in question is between that housing and the long tube that travels beneath the exhaust mainfold to the front of the engine...I'm new to deisels and this part is not familiar. Anyone know what I'm dealing with here?

The item you are refering to is the oil cooler. The book time for removal and installation is 3.4 hours.
