SLOW HAZARD FLASHERS

1994 FORD F-250- 229,000 MILES STICK SHIFT 2WHEEL DRIVE. THE PROBLEM I'VE GOT IS THE HAZARD LAMPS FLASH SLOWLY. IF I TURN ON THE RIGHT BLINKER IT FLASHES ON MY TRUCK AS WELL AS THE TRAILER,BUT WHEN I SWITCH ON THE LEFT BLINKER STRANGE THINGS HAPPEN,BOTH TRAILER LIGHTS BEGIN TO FLASH.

ALL OF MY TRUCK LIGHTS WORK FINE IT'S WHEN I TURN ON THE LEFT SIGNAL BOTH OF THE TRAILER TAIL LIGHTS FLASH! PLEASE ADVISE
