i was replacing a battery

i have a 1970, ford F-250 with a 390, well i did something stupid. When i was replacing a battery i connected the wrong cable to the terminal. so i heard a small pop, like something blew, im not really sure what i should start checking first, or what i have to replace.

Better check the fusible links at the starter relay-
