Replaced front and rear brakes, master cylinder, bled lines.
When braking: brake bottoms out and vehicle slowly comes to stop. Parking light comes on.
When moving forward or back Parking Brake Light goes off until brake pedal depressed. Then it comes back on when pedal applied at slow speed.
Pedal feels like it is bottoming out.
Could this be vacuum pump problem?
Will donate small amount when answered and by money order.
thanx

No it's not the booster. If you relpaced a master cylinder you should have BENCH bled it? Then all you bleed is at the master for 1 or 2 quick spurts of air.
If you didn't bech bleed the master...take it off and do it. Then rebleed the lines, starting at the Right rear, left rear, right front, left front. Problem solved!

If pedal still goes to floor there is still air in it. See if uou can power bleed the brakes. if you can't if they are anit-lock, turn the key on!
