I was told it was the power steering pressure switch but ford does not sell it

there are no switches that are going to make it stall while turning. Does it just die then start back up again when you straighten the steering wheel again. Does this truck have a diesel in it.

it's gas 5.4,and this morning I tried to start the truck and my battery was dead.

so when you jump started it did it fire up right away, and run good. Is there a chance that you left something on. I don't really know what could cause that is there anything eles the truck does when you are turning. do all you dash lights come on when it dies. Or are they all out.
