2005 Ford F250 Turn Signal and Brake Light

2005 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

On my 2005 Ford F250, my left turn signal began flashing rapidly and my driver's side brake light went out at the same time. Are they linked together as an early warning. Any ideas as to if it is a fuse or a bulb that might be out?

Check the bulb and if its not it come on back-

same problem on a 2001, bulb is good, #1 7.5amp fuse under hood is good, & #13 20amp under dash is good....Any suggestions?
