2005 Ford F250 oil in coolant

i have noticed a thick white sludge in the the rad tank could this be a head gasket leaking . there dosen't seem to be any coolant in the crank case.

Are you overheating ?

Try flushing the cooling system out it it continues to sludge up could mean headgasket/cracked head/block
