2004 Ford F250 heaater blew cold air now smoke white

The heater was blowing cold air when we would stop and warm up when driving, we added anti freeze and water, we now blow out a lot of white smoke when we start it up, everytime, even after we park and start it up again.

Sounds like it overheated causing the white smoke could be the headgasket blown, cracked head/block-also check the thermostat could be the caused of the overheating
