my powerstroke 6.0 is having issues it starts and runs ok but no power i am getting a hissing sound from turbo when i unplug the solidnoid on turbo it quits but still no turbo spool i have replaced the solidnoid and still the same am i missing something here

feel the bottom of the blue boot that goes from the turbo is it ripped in half, if not check your intercooler and piping and failing that disconnect the ehxaust before the cat and road test might be plugged up. the hissing is from the presure not being able to go. the solinoid willl not cause a hiss. check the black intake hose on the front of the manifold they always cracked
