I have a 2003 F-250 Super Duty (2 wd), are there any special tools that I need to replace the outer tierod ends on the truck?

A tie rod spliter aka pickle fork is needed to drive between end and spindle.
Note count the number turns comming off then turn new one same. Then off to have toe set.
