2002 Ford F250 oil filter

Hi,
I can't seem to stop my oil filter from leaking after installing a new one. The old one was almost impossible to get off. I've never seen any filter on as tight as this one was. And the new one won't stop leaking.

Try retightening it-if it continues to leak-check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge
