2001 Ford F250 Motor lockup

never had no problems in the past with oil use or smoke started truck up in the morning left run for 5 minutes started driving and hit window washer button and truck died motor now just clicks everything has power but with belt off cannot turn lower end of engine with b-bar this seems to have way to low of mileage to have a locked up motor that showed no warnings any ideas outthere?

If it won't turn with braker bar then she is locked up not sure what caused will neede to tear down to find out.
